Designing this 102-acre mixed-use development in Dania Beach, Florida was no small task for the team at mcg architecture. This mixed-use project includes dozens of retail stores, 500,000+ square feet of Class A office space, 264 luxury apartments, a 14-story Marriott Hotel, and an 11-story AC Hotel.
Dania Pointe recently won a “Digie Award” at the 2019 IBcon Commercial Real Estate Conference for being the Most Intelligent Mixed Use Building Project of the year.
