Tom George
Project Director, Associate
Tom George has been a key contributor to mcg architecture’s Cleveland office for over a decade, bringing more than 14 years of specialized experience in commercial retail architecture. Throughout his career, Tom has led projects across the country, consistently delivering high-quality design solutions and building lasting client relationships. He’s passionate about delivering quality service and strives to ensure that every phase of each project is executed with precision, and making sure every project reflects mcg’s commitment to excellence and service.
Tom’s expertise spans a wide range of retail development, including tenant fit-outs, remodel, retrofits, ground-up outparcel buildings, building shell modifications, and large-scale shopping center renovations exceeding 300,000 square feet.
As Project Director, Tom plays a central role in client engagement, project oversight, and team coordination. He is proud to be the client manager for both Dick’s Sporting Goods & Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and he’s successfully directed numerous projects of varying scale and complexity.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and is a licensed architect in the state of Ohio.
Fun Fact: Tom is an avid gardener.
