mcg architecture lead the redevelopment of Howe ‘Bout Arden, a 30-acre shopping center in Sacramento, California. The redevelopment project involved tenant improvements and redesigns for building shells. The finished product is a new, contemporary-looking shopping center that has attracted patrons, as well as major retailers to the area.
