The Cherry Knolls Shopping Center modernization transformed a 127,000 SF multi-building retail center in Centennial, Colorado, into a cohesive, contemporary destination. The phased renovation removed dated elements and introduced elevated parapets, expanded storefront glazing, and refined materials to enhance visibility, natural light, and overall identity. Interior updates, tenant improvements, upgraded lighting, signage, and ADA enhancements further elevated the customer experience.
